My stay at the Best Western Orlando Gateway had some promising aspects but ultimately left much to be desired. While the location is very convenient for accessing Universal Studios, I encountered significant issues during my stay, including unexpected charges and unresponsive management. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms did not meet expectations, which was disappointing after reading the reviews. Overall, I could not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic for visiting nearby attractions, making it super convenient. The staff were kind and tried to be helpful, but my stay was marred by several service issues and some room problems. Overall, it seemed decent for the price, but I wish the service and some of the amenities were a bit better.
